A Walden man has pleaded guilty to a charge of aggravated vehicular homicide in connection to the death of 28-year-old Jason Exley last March.

Dennis Wilson Jr., 32, pleaded guilty in Orange County court Tuesday, admitting that he was driving shortly after midnight on March 4 on State Route 52 in Montgomery while intoxicated.

Wilson's vehicle crossed the double yellow line into the opposing lane of traffic, hitting Exley's car head on and killing Exley.

At the time of the crash, Wilson's blood alcohol content was .20, more than twice the legal limit.

Wilson faces 5 to 15 years in state prison as a result of the guilty plea, and will be sentenced in February.
