Sunshine that we enjoyed today will give way to increasing clouds tonight with a low of 52 degrees. It will be a dry start to the day tomorrow with rain developing by mid day. Most of the rain will end by Friday evening. There could be another round of showers late Saturday with highs topping out in the 60s. Cooler air arrives on Sunday with plenty of sunshine but highs only in the 50s.

A pattern change occurs for next week. As cool air retreats, a large area of high pressure will become established over the eastern U.S. Once that high pressure moves off the east coast, we settle into a summer pattern than will push our high temperatures into the 80s! Although record highs appears to be safe, our temperatures will resemble what is normal for Mid July.
