A new report finds there's no stopping the rapid growth of one Queens community.

The Long Island City Partnership released its annual economic snapshot.

Representatives say it's the first time there's strong growth in all real estate sectors.

That includes residential, commercial and retail space.

According to the report,  more than 1 million square feet of industrial space has become available in the past year.

A number of large corporations  are relocating to Long Island City, like Ralph Lauren and Kaufman Astoria Studios.

"More and more we are seeing people live and work in the neighborhood and being cited as a factor for companies that are here in their ability to recruit and retain great talent at all levels," said LIC Partnership President Elizabeth Lusskin.

The partnership is preparing for its annual LIC Summit this June.

That's when they take the findings of the snapshot and see just how it will impact the community.
