A livery cab driver is facing a slew of charges after police say he allegedly locked a passenger in the backseat of his car at Kennedy Airport.

The Port Authority says Daniel Todaro picked up the woman early Friday morning, even though livery cab drivers are supposed to arrange rides in advance.

The woman says Todaro locked the doors after they got into an argument.

A Port Authority police sergeant heard the woman yelling for help and arrested Todaro.

He is charged with unlawful imprisonment, criminal trespass and unlawful solicitation.

The Port Authority says Todaro was officially banned from JFK in September of last year.
