A Queens man has been driving a mobile billboard all in search for a kidney.

You may have seen the car around the Glendale neighborhood with a message that says:  "Wife Needs A Kidney, Type B positive Blood."

Husband Mike Bilski, has diabetes. Unable to donate a kidney to his wife himself, he's looking for someone else who may help save Sandy Collado Bilski's life..

They're hoping to find a kidney through a  "Swap or Exchange" program where a person who is not a match to Sandy can still donate one of their kidneys to someone on the wait list in her name and in return she will receive a kidney from another match on the donor list.

"There's so many of us that are desparate to live and we really need you to reach out and help us all," said Collado-Bilski.

"I just don't want to lose the love of my life. So I'll do anything possible to get her a kidney," said Bilski.
