The Landmark Sunshine Cinema is turning on the projector for the final time tonight.

The Lower Manhattan theater will close its doors for good after the 10:15 p.m. showing of the Gary Oldman film "Darkest Hour."

The property on East Houston Street was sold for more than $31 million last year.

Plans for the space include turning it into offices and retail shops.

The Landmark's theater on West 57th Street will remain open.
