A Queens man is looking to help people less fortunate as the City braces for colder temperatures.

Earlier this month, Kew Gardens resident Keith Villanueva started a crowdfunding campaign to buy hats for homeless New Yorkers.

He has already distributed them at a veterans homeless shelter in Long Island City.

Villanueva also keeps some in his backpack for when he sees people in need on the streets.

The hats cost six dollars each.
