The city police department is looking for a man they say robbed two women — ages 72 and 92 — in the Bronx within the past week.

Officials said the man, shown in this surveillance video above, approached the 72-year-old woman inside her building on Stratford Ave. and East 172nd St. in Soundview last Tuesday around 3:10 p.m.

The man struggled with the victim before taking her purse and fleeing, according to police. She was not injured.

The NYPD said the man approached the 92-year-old from behind five days later, just two blocks away, in front of St. Joan of Arc Church around 7:47 a.m.

Police said he grabbed her purse before throwing her to the ground. The victim scraped her knee.

The man police are looking for is described as being between 28 and 35 years old, weighing between 180 to 200 pounds, and was last seen wearing a brown jacket and blue jeans.
