Knish Nosh has been serving up its famous Jewish comfort food for 65 years on Queens Boulevard in Rego Park. During Hanukkah, the Jewish festival of lights, knishes take a bit of a back seat to fried latkes — a holiday food that commemorates the miracle of the oil that burned in the Temple of Jerusalem for eight days instead of just one.
