Local transit advocates looking to empower commuters to call out the Governor directly when they have subway problems.

The Riders Alliance handing out Subway Action Kits at Queensboro Plaza Friday.

The kits encouraging frustrated commuters to tweet at Governor Cuomo.

Organizers also asking riders to sign a petition urging the governor to fund to heal the system that keeps millions of New Yorkers moving every day.

"Instead of being stuck on the subway and feeling powerless and angry, you can now turn that anger into action," said Riders Alliance Campaign Manager Rebecca Bailin.
