A popular bar in Boerum Hill will be shutting down by the end of 2018.
On a Facebook post, Hank's Saloon owner Julie Ipcar says the building on Third and Atlantic Avenues was taken over by a new developer five years ago who is now ready to build.
The space was once home to Doray Tavern, which Ipcar says was a popular hangout for ironworkers.
Ipcar said they are currently looking for another space in Brooklyn and an investor to help keep the bar alive.
