Utica police have arrested a 17-year-old in connection with last month's shooting incident outside of Proctor High School.

With the help of the United States Marshals Regional Task Force, the Utica Major Crimes Unit arrested Matthew Millan, tracking him down in the Bronx Tuesday.

Millan is charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.

And police say more arrests are likely coming from the incident back on October 25.

The shooting happened in the middle of the afternoon, a bus carrying 20 students was struck by a stray bullet.

One child was sitting in the seat where the window was hit, but no one was injured.
