FAIRPORT N.Y. -- TOT-AL Care on Pittsford-Palmyra Road in Fairport closed its doors suddenly on Friday, with a spokesperson from the state Office of Children and Family Services citing inadequate staffing for ending operations.
Department records show minor violations, all which were corrected as of the last inspection on October 2.
The total capacity is recorded at 44 children, as their current license is good through June 2019.
