AUSTIN, Texas — Seven adults and three children were injured Thursday in a crash on I-35 near Woodward Street.
Austin-Travis County EMS said the crash happened near Woodward around 12:20 p.m.
According to police, at least four vehicles were involved and EMS said five ambulances responded to the crash.
All three children were taken to Dell Children's Medical Center and at least one of the children had potentially serious injuries. A woman in her 20s and two other adults were also taken to area hospitals.

The accident was blocking lanes in both directions. About 1:40 p.m., traffic began flowing again.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
