A 4-year-old girl is hospitalized after falling from the window of her Queens home Saturday.
It happened around 3 p.m. near the corner of Jamaica Avenue and 77th Street in Woodhaven.
A family member tells us she was playing on a bed with her brother when fell from a second-story window onto concrete.
She was immediately rushed to the hospital.
Neighbors described the scene.
"It was very shocking to me, especially, because I don't have no children but I would know how a mother would feel if they go through that situation," said one.
"I was shocked when I came outside because I didn't know what was going on when I came outside and saw what was happening, I was upset," said another. "And like I said, within five minutes she was transported to the hospital."
Police say she is conscious and is expected to recover.
