Friends and relatives of firefighter William Tolley will get a chance to say goodbye starting Tuesday.
A wake is being held in Tolley's hometown of Bethpage at the Chapey and Sons funeral home between 7 and 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.
The 14-year veteran of the fire department died last Thursday while helping to fight a fire at an apartment building in Queens.
He fell five stories from the roof.
His funeral is set for Thursday at St. Martin of Tours Church in Bethpage.
