Police are asking for the public’s help in locating two suspects who they say robbed a man at gunpoint in Astoria this week.

Authorities told NY1 the crime happened on February 21, just before 2 a.m. near the intersection of 35th and 33rd Streets.

Police said the victim was in the courtyard outside his own home when it happened.

A surveillance camera caught video of the men police are looking for in the case.

Investigators said the pair threatened the victim with a silver firearm and got away with his cellphone, wallet and some cash.

Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to call the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
