A Queens woman has been charged with murder after police say she strangled her baby daughter.
Police arrested Shangbo Xiangshengjie, 33, at her home on Elmhurst Avenue near Hampton Street in Elmhurst Tuesday evening.
Officers found her 1-year-old daughter Sanggye Lhakyi unconscious and unresponsive on a bed after answering a 911 call at the location.
The medical examiner will determine the exact cause of death.
