With two and a half weeks to go until Christmas, some Queens kids took a special trip to Santa's workshop.
Delta Airlines and the YMCA of Greater New York treated P.S. 22 students to a "Holiday in the Hangar" Party Thursday at JFK Airport.
They boarded a plane and taxied to a nearby hangar which was decorated as the North Pole.
The kids then got to meet Santa and Disney Channel star Peyton List, play soccer and basketball and decorate cookies.
"I hope the children tell their friends and families that this was the best Christmas and holiday ever," said Hussein Barry of Delta Airlines.
"A lot of the kids that are here, they come from underprivileged families so this is an opportunity for them really to have a lot of fun." said Jen Silvers of the YMCA.
And Santa didn't let them leave without gifts. Each child got a backpack with different sports knick knacks.
