Housing homeless people in Queens has become a hot button issue in the borough. A Queens state lawmaker says he has a plan that will help families at risk of becoming homeless stay in their homes. Assemblyman Andrew Hevesi spoke with NY1's Talia Kaplan about his Home Stability Support proposal.
