The tallest condominium building in Long Island City is getting ready to open its doors.
"The Harrison" is right off 44th Drive in LIC.
With 27 stories, the condos are being billed as having the best views of Manhattan in all of Queens. The condos go on sale within the next two weeks.
Prices for the units start at $495,000. The penthouse suite is going for $2.5 million.
The company that is marketing and selling the condos says the finishes make "The Harrison" stand out from anything else in Long Island City.
“The finishes inside are reclaimed wood floors, shaker cabinetry, high-end appliance package, really nice finishes,” Eric Benaim, CEO & Founder of Modern Spaces. “[It’s] really unlike anything else in the neighborhood right now.”
There are more than 120 units up for sale ranging from studios to three bedrooms.
