The Queens neighborhood of Jamaica has become one of the hottest neighborhoods in the city. More and more it's become a place to live, work and visit. It's not by accident. A lot has been done over the years to transform Jamaica into a world class destination for startups and technology. The Executive Director of the Jamaica Center Business Improvement District Rhonda Binda spoke with NY1's Rocco Vertuccio about the neighborhood's transformation.
