Some students from Queens are using their art to take a stand against animal abuse.

Students from the Learning Through an Expanded Arts Program—or LEAP—at the Walter Reed School proudly unveiled their latest creation Monday.

The group decorated a school lunchroom table in Juniper Valley Park to speak out against animal abuse, hunting and destroying natural habitats.

The table is one of 10 across the city focusing on different social issues.

"I believe that this table can show people that we need to respect and care for our animals, not hunt them down and poach them for our own self benefit,” said sixth-grader Isaiah Rodriguez.

The project is the largest student art exhibit in NYC Parks history. The tables will be on display through the end of the summer.
