A woman is in serious condition following a hit-and-run in Queens this past weekend.
Police say the 63-year-old woman was hit by a dark grey Nissan SUV at 89th Avenue and Lefferts Boulevard Sunday morning.
She was taken to Jamaica Hospital with a head injury.
Police say the driver of the SUV drove off after hitting the woman.
