A dollar van driver was arraigned late Thursday night in connection with the shooting death of another dollar van driver in Queens.

Fabian Sullivan, 38, is charged with second-degree murder in the killing of 38-year-old Leon Brown.

On Tuesday, police say Brown was driving a dollar van at Beach 81st Street and Rockaway Beach Boulevard when Sullivan cut him off.

Police say Sullivan then got out and shot one round into the driver's side of Brown's van, killing him.

Brown is the father of two children. Family members say he planned to get married in two months.

Sullivan was taken into custody outside his cousin's house Wednesday.

If convicted, he faces up to 25 years to life in prison.

Prosecutors also say his sister-in-law, Hind Chokary, has been charged with tampering with evidence.

They say Sullivan gave her a bag with bullets from the gun.

She faces up to four years behind bars.
