A new trial date has been scheduled for the Oneida County woman accused of murdering her boss.
Kaitlyn Conley is accused of poisoning Mary Yoder with a deadly toxin called colchicine in 2015.
Conley's first trial lasted several weeks and ended with a hung jury. Since then, she has retained a new attorney, Frank Policelli.
Court officials confirm her new trial date has been tentatively set for October 12.
