Police have arrested the man who was caught on camera threatening another man with a knife on the subway.

He was also pushing a baby carriage at the time.

Police say video shows Edgar Rodriguez confronting the man on June 24 after he allegedly hit his child.

The two got into a heated argument, and when the train stopped at the West 4th Street Station, Rodriguez allegedly took out a knife and threatened to kill the man.

The 23-year-old is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, menacing, and criminal possession of a weapon.
