Police investigate vandalism of dozens of headstones and monuments at a Catholic cemetery in Brooklyn.

Investigators say 63 graves were vandalized last week at Holy Cross Cemetery in East Flatbush. The damage was discovered Friday morning.

A six-foot-tall shrine statue of Saint Joseph was broken into several pieces and cannot be reset.

Many of the monuments that were damaged had statues on top, and those statues sustained the most damage.

The Holy Cross staff is working to reset all of the memorials.

Police are not treating the incident as a hate crime at this time.
