ROUND ROCK, Texas – A 72-year-old man was killed crossing Ranch Road 620 in Round Rock on Thursday night.

Around 7:30 p.m. Richard Osowski was crossing at a point on the roadway where there isn’t a crosswalk.

Osowski was hit by a car at Round Rock Avenue and Briarwood Street.

EMS pronounced him dead at the scene. 

Investigators have not said if the driver stayed at the scene after the crash.
