L train riders will soon have more information on the line's looming closure.

The MTA and DOT announced a series of joint "open house" meetings to address public concerns.

A portion of the line that connects Manhattan and Brooklyn will be shut down for 15 months for repairs beginning in April 2019.

There will be increased service on the G and J, M, Z lines to accommodate riders and additional ferry and bus service.

The first meeting was held Wednesday night at Progress High School on Grand Street in East Williamsburg.

The MTA said more meetings are scheduled for next month.
