An East Harlem dry cleaner says he may have to shut down his business and lay off his workers after the city took his property for an affordable housing development. NY1's Michael Scotto reports.

In response to this story, a spokesperson for the New York City Economic Development Corporation said, "While the original project predates this administration, we're proud to include 800 units of affordable housing and good jobs for the East Harlem community. We have offered to be helpful to this business owner to identify a new location so we can provide much-needed resources for residents in this community."
