The city's deadliest fire in 27 years claims yet another victim.
The latest, Holt Francis, a father of three who died after being taken off life support.
The 27-year-old's wife Karen — along with their 2-and 7-year-old daughters — died in the Bronx fire a week ago.
His 19-year-old niece also died.
The fire broke out on the first floor of a building on Prospect Avenue.
Including Francis, the number of fatalities now stands at thirteen.
Investigators say it was started by a toddler who was playing with the stove in his family's apartment.
The door was left open, making it easier for the flames quickly spread to upper levels.
