The giant "18" that will soon be a part of the 2018 sign high above Times Square, arrived Wednesday on a flatbed truck.
The numerals have been set up in the plaza and will remain there for the next 10 days, providing for a great photo op.
The "1" and the "8" have a combined 252 light LED light bulbs.
On New Year's Eve, they will help shine in the new year from the top of 1 Times Square.
