The man accused of killing a police officer in Queens more than two years ago has been found guilty on all counts.

Demetrius Blackwell, 37, was accused of shooting 25-year-old NYPD officer Brian Moore in the head back in May 2015.

The defense had said that Blackwell suffers from an emotional disorder and was not in control of his actions.

Moore was in his patrol car in Queens Village at the time.

Prosecutors say Blackwell also tried to kill Moore's partner, NYPD officer Erik Jansen.

The Queens District Attorney called Blackwell remorseless.

He faces a life sentence in prison.
