NEW YORK - Investigators say they still are not sure if a woman who fell to her death in Manhattan over the weekend was the victim of foul play.

The boyfriend of 33-year-old Yanina Boitel is now being questioned by police.

Boitel fell 14 stories from her building at the Jefferson Houses in East Harlem Saturday night.

Her boyfriend says the two had been out drinking, and got separated before he came home to find her on the ground.

Investigators are now working to determine if she fell accidentally, jumped, or was pushed from the rooftop.

Some residents at the building say they're shaken by her death.

"I can't get no sleep, now what I mean? Lot of good people live in this building right here," said one tenant.

"All the things in the bathroom went to the floor. I know but I say, what's that? And my husband told me, oh something is falling. But he didn't know what it was," noted another resident.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help cover her funeral expenses.

Findings from the Medical Examiner are expected to be released Monday.
