A 13-year-old boy hit by an SUV in Harlem last week has died of his injuries.
Witnesses say the teen was running across 5th Avenue and 135th Street last Wednesday when he was hit.
One witness says she saw two boys throwing rocks from a nearby overpass and that a man chased them away.
That's when they apparently ran into traffic.
The driver of the SUV remained on the scene.
Police say no arrests have been made, and that there may be no criminality involved in the case.
