Police are investigating a deadly early morning crash involving a tractor trailer near the George Washington Bridge.
Investigators say the crash happened around 3:15 a.m. Monday.
The driver of a Toyota sedan was killed after police say his car was struck by a tractor trailer on the Cross Bronx Expressway heading westbound toward the bridge.
The driver of the tractor trailer allegedly sped off after the crash.
The driver was later stopped by police in New Jersey.
Police say two passengers in the Toyota were taken to Harlem Hospital in critical condition.
