Disco lovers are busting a move at a block party in East Harlem.

The 3rd annual "Uptown Bounce: Summer Nights" series kicked off at Fifth Avenue and East 104th Street on Wednesday, hosted by El Museo del Barrio and the Museum of the City of New York.

The event features musical performances, dancing, art workshops, and extended museum hours.

New Yorkers got their groove on for Wednesday night's theme: "Boogie Down to the '70's."

"We just come together and are able to have the neighborhood come experience arts and culture and dance,” said Maya Shugart, the manager of public programs for El Museo del Barrio.

“This is our thing. We come, we dance together, huh papa? We do the salsa, we do the merengue, we shake our hips,” said one participant.

“The camaraderie with the people, everyone together representing New York, all New Yorkers, from every cultural background, and it's a beautiful thing," said another participant.

The block party continues every Wednesday night from 6 to 9 p.m. through August 17.
