The city's newest neighborhood is getting down to business on Manhattan's west side.

10 Hudson Yards is welcoming its first corporate tenant.

Luxury fashion designer Coach moved into its new global headquarters Tuesday morning.

Its 700,000 square foot space includes a brand showcase, private cafeteria, and double-height conference rooms that feature views of the High Line.

Other companies are expected to set up shop at the 52-story building later this year, including L'Oreal, and Software company SAP.

10 Hudson Yards is the first building to open in the new 28-acre neighborhood.
