A new tower being designed for the 34th Street end of the High Line is set to soar on Manhattan's west side.
Located at 66 Hudson Boulevard, The Spiral will house office space and retail shops and will top out at more than 1,000 feet.
While the High Line is filled with wild and natural beauty, the building will feature landscaped terraces on every floor as well as hanging gardens.
The terraces will create a spiraling motion that wraps around the outside of the building creating a naturally green environment.
