Holy History Batman! The Batmobile has come to our Gotham City.

The famed car driven by the Caped Crusader made its way to the New York Historical Society Monday.

The Batmobile is being installed as part of an exhibit called "Superheros in Gotham."

It is one of three cars made for the 1960's live action "Batman" TV series which starred Adam West.

"The car is, the underbody of the car is made from a Ford Galaxy from a 1966 Ford Galaxy and its just got all the sort of accessory that Batman needed," said Debra Schmidtbach, curator of decorative arts at the New York Historical Society.

Don't let the Joker trick you out of this opportunity.

The exhibit opens to the public on Friday and runs until February 21.
