The police have arrested a teen who they say attempted to rape a woman in her apartment building in Manhattan.
Police say 19-year-old Anthony Ramon surrendered to authorities after seeing himself on television.
Ramon is seen in surveillance video.
According to authorities, he followed a 33-year-old woman to the front door of her apartment on West 172nd Street in Washington Heights at around 1 a.m. last Saturday.
When she opened the door, Ramon tried to rape the victim but was fought off and locked out of the apartment.
The charges against Ramon include attempted rape, sexual abuse and stalking.
