The city says the cooling tower of a Manhattan school has been disinfected after testing positive for the bacteria that causes Legionnaire's disease.

The bacteria was discovered on a tower at the Convent of the Sacred Heart School on the Upper East Side.

But the health department says the tower has since been cleaned.

No illnesses have been reported.

The discovery comes about two weeks after health officials declared the Legionnaire's outbreak in the Bronx to be over.

The cooling tower on top of the Opera House Hotel was identified as the source of the Bronx outbreak which killed 12 people and sickened more than 100 others.
