The city will pay more than $330,000 to six Occupy Wall Street protesters who accused police of blasting them with pepper spray.

Lawyers say the settlements are in the range of $52,000 to $60,000 per person.

Video showed NYPD officer Anthony Bologna spraying protesters back in September 2011.

Bologna was found to have violated police department guidelines and was docked 10 vacation days.

The Law Department says settling was in the city's best interest.
