The FDR Drive is getting a major facelift, and that means drivers will have to find an alternate way of getting around.
Starting tonight, the northbound side of the FDR from Montgomery to Houston streets will be closed from 11 p.m. through 6 a.m. through Friday.
The DOT says the project is expected to last several months and the repairs will be done on different sections of the highway with one or more lanes closed each night.
