Police are investigating after shots were fired outside a Men's Warehouse clothing store in Midtown.
It happened early Monday morning on Madison Avenue near East 45th Street.
Officials say a group of young men got into an argument with a homeless man while ordering food from a street cart.
The cart's vendor says one of them fired a gun several times, possibly into the air.
No one was hurt, but the entrance to the Men's Warehouse was closed.
