Police have released a sketch of a man they say committed a hate crime in Chinatown earlier this month.

Police say he made anti-Muslim comments shortly before attacking a 19-year-old woman along East Broadway.

The attack happened on July 11.

The teen's uncle says she suffered a broken jaw.

Police have classified the attack as a bias motivated hate crime.
