An escaped prisoner in Manhattan has turned himself in.
Police say 57-year-old Arthur Collins disappeared Friday from his holding cell in the 25th precinct station house in East Harlem.
Officials say he was there after being arrested on drug and weapons charges.
At some point he was able to slip past his arresting officers.
Police say he turned himself in Monday morning.
New charges are pending.
