The New York City Police Department is investigating after a man was shot in the neck Monday night at a Manhattan housing complex.

Police say they received a call around 10:45 p.m. that two people had been shot at the Polo Grounds Towers. 

Officers found 18-year-old Jordan Barber unconscious with a gunshot wound to the neck and a 19-year-old who was shot in the thigh. 

They were taken to Harlem Hospital where Barber was pronounced dead.

The 19-year-old is in stable condition.

Officials say later on, a 17-year-old man walked into Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx, suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen.

The 17-year-old is also in stable condition.

No arrests have been made.
