The judge has dismissed jurors on the 15th day of deliberations in the Etan Patz murder trial.

The jury has been working since April 15th to decide if Pedro Hernandez killed Etan in 1979.

Yesterday afternoon, jurors sent a note to the judge saying they were unable to reach a verdict, but the judge ordered them to keep working.

Defense attorney Harvey Fishbein says there is no indication of which way the jury will go.

"Well the sign we got was that they are continuing to deliberate and it goes to show you that you can't predict where this jury has been or where it's going. We'll know when they tell us," he said.

Hernandez confessed multiple times to killing Patz.

But the defense argues he's mentally ill and made up his confessions.
